Shipping Policy

Thank you for purchasing our fine art!

For orders through our online store, shipping is FREE and only available to the contiguous United States (Lower 48 states + District of Columbia). For shipping locations outside of the contiguous United States, please contact us for a custom quote to ship to your location.

Our orders are shipped via USPS or UPS, unless your artwork is oversized and requires freight shipping. You will receive an email update with your tracking number once your order has shipped! Please allow the carrier up to 48 hours to reflect updates on their tracking page.

Fulfillment Times

The time it takes for you to receive your order is Processing Time + Shipping Time.

Processing Time varies based on the medium of your artwork. Typical processing times are as follows:

  • Paper prints: 1-2 weeks

  • Metal prints: 3-4 weeks

  • Lumachrome® Acrylic prints: 3-6 weeks

Once your artwork has been processed, it will be shipped to you. Shipping Time varies based on the service used. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays.

*Delivery estimates are not guarantees. Nationwide and global shipping delays (such as those caused by holiday volumes or inclement weather conditions) may have an impact on your estimated delivery date. We are not liable for any delays that may occur once your order has been shipped.

Damaged and Missing Orders

If your package is damaged or appears to be lost during shipping, ALWAYS contact us first. All of our shipments are fully insured, and we will file a claim on your behalf. DO NOT attempt to file a claim with the carrier yourself. Please follow these guidelines to ensure we can process you a refund or a replacement.

  • Visible Damage at Delivery: If your shipment arrives with obvious exterior damage, you may refuse delivery. The carrier will return the shipment to us automatically and we will begin the claim process.

  • Missing Shipments: We must file a claim within 60 calendar days from the shipment date. You may be required to sign an affidavit that we send once we begin the claim process.

  • Damaged Shipments: You must notify us within 10 calendar days of delivery. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods for claim evidence purposes. We may request that you return the item back to us and will provide a prepaid shipping label. Photos of damaged items and both inner and outer packaging are required for us to file a claim, and additional photos may be requested.

  • Handling of Goods: DO NOT release any products or packaging to any other entity, including the carrier, before consulting with us. Doing so may invalidate the claim and your eligibility for refund or replacement.

  • Heavy/Large Shipments: For oversized or crated artworks, you will not be required to transport the item yourself. If a return is necessary, we will arrange carrier pickup from your location.

Good Faith Cooperation

When an insurance claim needs to be filed for a shipment, both Evan Hunt Photography, LLC and you, the recipient, acknowledge both parties' respective responsibilities. Both parties agree to cooperate in good faith to provide any necessary items within the necessary timeframe as stipulated in the Terms and Conditions of insurance coverage. Should either party be unable or unwilling to fulfill the duties necessary for a successful claim approval, they may be liable for any losses not recovered.
